Terms of Service

Applicable to all Pest Control Packages are the following terms

  • Home under 3,400 sq. ft.
  • Property under 21,780 sq. ft.
  • No existing termite activity, damage, or indication of untreated past termite activity.
  • Required automatic payment via a credit card or ACH
  • Required access to property/home on days a service representative is in the area. Advance notice of service 72-hr ahead of time provided via text message, phone call, and/or e-mail.

You can also make use of Bradford Pest Control services on a one-time basis, without signing up for a package. Get in touch with us and schedule a single visit for general pest removal.

Warranties

Our bed bug control service includes an optional warranty at a nominal price. Any recurrent bed bug issues in a home under warranty will be resolved at no additional cost – moreover, we will refund the inspection fee if we do find bed bugs!
